Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ShobdoAI (shobdoai.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use ShobdoAI to transcribe audio and video content that you own or have the right to process.
You must not upload or transcribe content that is illegal, violates third-party rights, contains hate speech, or is otherwise prohibited under Bangladeshi law.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permissions to transcribe any audio or video submitted to the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

ShobdoAI is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the service.
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security issues.
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and is not guaranteed to be 100% correct.

Paid plans are available via manual bKash payment. Payment must be completed and verified by our admin before the plan is activated.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to change with notice.
Payments are non-refundable once a plan has been verified and activated.
Plans are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of activation. Usage limits reset at renewal.
If a payment is rejected (transaction ID invalid or not matched), the plan will not be activated and no charge will occur.

Transcript data is retained in your account history until you delete it or request account deletion.
Payment records (invoices) are retained for up to 2 years for accounting purposes.
You may delete individual transcripts at any time from your history.
To delete your entire account and all data, contact hredoy11.rk@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

You retain full ownership of all audio, video, and transcript content you upload or generate.
ShobdoAI does not claim any rights over your content.
The ShobdoAI name, logo, and brand assets are the property of ShobdoAI and may not be used without permission.

ShobdoAI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or transcription errors.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShobdoAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
